A=Ability

M=Motivation

O=Opportunity

I am very convinced by the function. If your salary is not increasing, either A, M, or O, (or ALL) should be its bottleneck.

Then a new question comes to my mind: what is your happiness? Working for my company, I would like to extend the opportunity because my ability and motivation are owed to my current work oppotunity. Getting the most out of it, I extend the opportunity, extending my social relationship.
